Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods and Timelines: Typically takes between 10-14 business days for delivery.

3. Shipping Locations: We ship within the United States and to many other countries.
4. Shipping Rates: Are based on weight and location.
5. Order Processing Time:
- Orders of in-stock items: 5-8 business days processing time.
- Orders of made to order items: 3-8 weeks processing time.
- Pre-orders: Up to 8 weeks processing time before shipment.
6. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package's progress using the provided tracking number.
7. Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delayed delivery or damaged items, please contact me at Sarah@sarahcatherine.co for assistance. I will do our best to resolve the issue promptly!

RETURN POLICY
At Sarah Catherine, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return policy within 14 days of receiving your item.
Standard Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges.
How to Initiate a Return:

2. Pack your item securely, including original packaging.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
